McLaughlin Landscaping Introduces Green-4-Ever

We have made some changes to our programs. We are referring the weed control portion of the program to Pacific Crest Pest Control (The weed specialists). We can then focus our strengths and continue to provide quality service packages for irrigation service, aeration, fertilization and backflow testing.

We still offer the same great irrigation service options. We plan to have spring start-ups completed by mid-April. When service checks are scheduled in advance, we are able to anticipate and correct potential problems, which reduces emergency repairs and holds down costs - savings we pass on to you. Site irrigation visits include up to an hour of labor. If additional time becomes necessary, we will give you an estimate of what the repairs will cost. Parts will be billed separately.

1)	WATER: Water is the most critical area of lawn care. We can turn on, adjust, monitor, test and winterize your sprinkler system.
2)	FERTILIZER: We use a unique slow release fertilizer, allowing your lawn to maintain a uniform, beautiful green all season. We are able to use fewer applications, saving on the pocketbook and the environment.
3)	CORE AERATION: Soil compaction and thatch build-up can be a serious problem for lawns. If air and nutrients cannot pass into your lawn's root system it can severely affect your lawn's ability to thrive. Yearly core aerations will open up the soil to allow these elements to flow into your lawn's root system and help control thatch build-up.
4)	WATER SUPPLY PROTECTION: Back flow testing of your sprinkler system by licensed backflow testers to help protect the main water supply, and winterization of the system to protect from freeze breaks are perfeomed by experienced and capable technicians.
