At McLaughlin Landscaping we have a simple philosophy that a successful landscape makes a significant contribution to your living environment however large or small it may be. It can create an extra living area and adds considerably to the value of your property.

The problem, of course, is design. What do you put where? What do all the botanical names mean? What grows best in your area? Do you want a deck, a barbecue, lawns, raised beds? At McLaughlin Landscaping we specialize in landscape and irrigation designs tailored to fit your lifestyle and budget. Our priority is to understand and develop your ideas and expectations to create a landscape that reflects you.

The first step towards your new landscape is to visit our landscape planner and submit it to us.



DESIGN OPTIONS & FEES
On-Site design for small areas usually less than 2,000 sq. ft: 
We will spend an hour at your site giving you ideas, consultation and provide a rough sketch with some planting suggestions. This will hopefully solve a problem area or get you started in the right direction. $75 plus travel

Scaled design for areas over 2,000 sq. ft. - we suggest a scaled design.
Quoted fee - Fee varies with size & complexity of project.
An average residential design usually ranges from $300.00 - $600.00		 
The fee will be quoted after an exploratory site visit. The scaled design will show all the main landscape features including paved areas, lawn, beds, borders, trees, shrubs and incidental items you show on the landscape planner. Perspective and detail drawings will be quoted separately. Our planting plan will show the best position (sun or shade, soil, etc.) for the species of plant chosen. Our goal is to install the landscape projects we design. If you contract for $5,000.00 or more in construction within 12 months of the completion of the design we will credit 1.5% off of the construction costs toward the design fee.
